  • What are the Terms and Conditions for Schools?+
    A provisional booking will be held for up to 14 days. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £600 is required and credited to your final invoice. A further £300 deposit will be required along with your final balance and will be held as a security deposit and returned the day after your event as long as no damage has been caused to the suite. A minimum number of 80 guests applies to all formal bookings. Final numbers and full payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event. Package available from Sunday to Thursday. A school representative must sign the Event Contract, agreeing to have School Staff present for the duration of the event, and accepting responsibility for all guests at the event.
  • What is the bar restrictions+
    Soft Bar for the duration of the evening. In line with THE LICENSING (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1996: a young person may stay on the premises until 9.00 pm to consume a meal purchased before 9.00 pm *ALL GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST VACATE THE EVENT ROOM BY 9.00PM, AND BE COMPLETELY OFF THE PREMISES BY 9.30PM We have a strict ID policy and anyone under the age of 18 that is suspected of consuming alcohol on or off the premises will be asked to leave. Anyone found with alcohol not purchased from the hotel will be asked to leave.

  • How many toilets are available at the venue?+
    All Function suites are equipped with Private Bathroom Facilities.
  • Is there disability access at the hotel?+
    The hotel has a number of Disability accessible car parking Spaces. There are accessible facilities in all private rooms.
  • Can I hire my own DJ or live band? +
    To make life easy for the formal organiser, we have included a professional DJ for your evening entertainment. However, you are more than welcome to source a Band as an additional extra.
  • Is there a dancefloor or any special party lighting?+
    We have a portable wooden dancefloor in each of our Private rooms, however if you would like to add a bit of sparkle you are welcome to hire a LED Dancefloor.
  • Can the hotel car park accommodate multiple large vehicles, such as buses and stretch limos?+
    We have a very large carpark with over 300 complimentary parking spaces. We would encourage large vehicles to park at the back of the hotel between drop off and pick up
  • Can I bring my own formal decorations?+
    You can add your own decor or we can organise decor with your theme through our preferred decor supplier.
  • Are there alternative menu options for formal packages?+
    We are proud to be able to provide alternative menu options to cater to all dietary requirements.
