Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented on arrival. If this is not possible then an alternative card must be presented for payment.

Guests booking an advance purchase rate will receive a secure link from SOT Pay via text or email to make payment and complete the booking.

A damage deposit of GBP 100 per room is required on arrival via a credit card. This will be refunded on check out, subject to an inspection of the property. Note this may take up to 14 days to show on your statement.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. MastercardVisaAmerican ExpressCrowne Plaza – Belfast, an IHG Hotel accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
